Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order . This must be done within 24hours of ordering by email [email protected] . As some items are direct shipped from our supplier and cannot be cancelled once in transit.

Unsuitable products may be returned (Must be unopened & unused) within 14 days of our despatch date (Applies to delivered items only). Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel, and please also state the reason for the return. The product you return must be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging and all instruction manuals. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card or Paypal for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered insured post/Courier and keep your proof of postage certificate, As we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If you receive a product in error from us that is faulty you must advise us within three days from receipt of the goods.

If you have purchased a product which appears to be faulty. We will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange for repair, or refund within 14 days of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required in all cases.
Some items may require internal inspection and testing in our workshop before any decision can be made. To check for improper use or signs of damage caused by the customer. After testing if the item has been damaged you will be given several options.
Physically damaged or tampered with items are not covered by warranty.
