High-Definition Webcam With H.264 Video Compression At the centre of the system is the integrated high-definition, complete with integrated H.264 video compression for optimised visual performance. The camera uses auto-focus technology to ensure a perfect visual every time. It provides support for full 1080P HD video (1920 x 1080) providing stunning picture quality, providing extreme detail. It also provides support for full HD recording up to 1080p, and boasts automatic low-light correction. It is also compatible with the latest version of Skype and other video-calling clients. USB Condenser Microphone The integrated USB condenser microphone combined with the high-definition webcam, makes the Turret the fully-fledge audio/visual powerhouse it is. The high-performance microphone captures your sound in immense detail, capturing every nuance of any vocal or musical performance. The wide frequency range and high SPL means it is suited to a range of audio sources from vocals to Instruments. The internal preamp boasts an integrated microphone gain control, located on the front of the tower. This allows you to monitor the microphone signal while recording/streaming with the delay of monitoring through headphones. The high bit-rate and quality components ensure optimal audio performance. LED Light Ring & Headphone Amplifier One of the most convenient features of the Turret is the integrated LED light ring. This light ring is designed to improve the lighting and visual side of your webcam; ideal for recording video in your home. The LED light ring has a diameter of 100mm with a colour temperature of 5600K (daylight-balanced). The light ring is also dimmable, and includes a trilogy of snap-on accessory filters for changing the way the light looks. The three filters are comprised of Cool, Warm and Diffused Daylight accessories. Also included in the system is the high-performance headphone amplifier. The pristine audio fidelity it provides is ideal for broadcasting applications. The high-end quality boasts a wide frequency response and impressive signal-to-noise ratio, with an RMS power output of 130mW. The headphone amplifier will drive any headphones to loud levels, whilst retaining clarity an accuracy. Design & Connectivity The free-standing tower design is portable and lightweight, allowing you to easily move from room to room with the unit. The USB-C output to the computer, provides high-speed and low-latency performance. The tower acts as the main control section of the system, including the LED light dimmer, headphone output jack, headphone volume, mic gain knob, mic mute button, and camera on/off switch. It also features an internal USB hub comprised of dual USB 3.0 jacks on the rear of the tower, as well as a 12VDC input jack.

Delivery Charges:

UK Mainland, Ireland and Northern Ireland standard delivery is £5 for orders under £50 and free of charge for all orders over £50.
UK Mainland, Ireland and Northern Ireland next working day delivery is £10. Depending on weight and size of item. (Monday to Friday only)

Returns - Online Sales only

Unsuitable products may be returned (they must be unopened & unused) within 14 days of our despatch date (Applies to delivered items only). Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel, and please also state the reason for the return. Items ordered in error or if you have changed your mind the item will incur a 10% restocking charge less delivery costs and customers must pay for any carriage return costs incurred. Any orders to be returned must be sent back with a valid RMA number (obtained by phoning us on +442890 327357

All Media and software/serial key related items can not be exchanged or returned.

Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic), cannot be returned if the blister pack has been opened.

Consumable items can not be returned once opened and used:

Wearable items including Earphones/Headphones/Microphones due to hygiene reasons.  Can not be returned if opened and used.

The product you return must be in new / unused condition with all the original packaging and all instruction manuals. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, We will contact the buyer to arrange collection from ourselves. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card/Paypal for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/Courier and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If you receive a product in error from us that is faulty you must advise us within three days from receipt of the goods.

Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.

Our standard free delivery is usually a 2-6 working days, Depending on size and weight, Also buyers location. You have the option at checkout to pay for next working day. (Please note on rare occasions the next working day service can take longer)

When paying using our finance the above also applies, and we must deliver the goods to same address as Billing address  within 14 days of the agreement.
