The Keystation 49 MK3 builds on the success of the two previous versions. Keystation has long been a favourite of all digital musicians, thanks to its affordable price and high functionality. The 49-note keybed features velocity-sensitive synth-action keys. This provides a natural feel for all players no matter your skillset. It also feels great for piano players wanting to make the leap to digital music production.

 

The ergonomic design features highly responsive pitch and modulation wheels. The pitch wheel can be used to affect the pitch of your sound while playing. The modulation wheel is used for modulating your sound with in-program effects. It includes a USB-MIDI connection for playing virtual instruments, recording melodies and controlling recording software.

 

Seamless DAW integration with transport controls

The controller is purposely designed to work in conjunction with digital audio workstations and music software. The keystation includes additional controls designed to communicate directly with your music software.

 

Transport controls are included for quick and easy navigation when recording melodies and sounds. Stop, Play, Record, Up, Down, Left, Right buttons allow you use the keyboard as your main production hub, minimising the need to switch to your computer mouse and keyboard.

 

A volume fader is also included for controlling the volume on your virtual instruments and other sounds. Advanced functionality gives you the ability to customise the controls on the keystation. For example, you could customise the pitch and mod wheels to control the velocity of your drums for more expressive automation.

 

Ableton Live Lite

Also included with Keystation 49 is Ableton Live Lite - one of the most popular performance and production programs available in the world. A powerful music creation tool, Ableton Live Lite enables musicians and producers to spontaneously compose, record, remix, improvise, and edit musical ideas in a fluid audio/MIDI environment. Explore sonic possibilities in real time whether on stage or in the studio. When you are satisfied with your work, Ableton Live Lite lets you save it or mix it down.

 

AIR Music Tech Xpand!2

Xpand!2 is a multitimbral workstation offering four active sound slots, or parts, per patch. Each part is provided with its own MIDI channel, Note Range (Zone), Mix, Arpeggiation, Modulation, and Effects settings-an excellent method for creating individual parts. Harnessing the four parts together to build one amazing Patch is where Xpand!2 reveals its true power.

 

AIR Music Tech Mini Grand and Velvet VSTs

In addition to the sound library and integrated loops, the M-Audio comes complete with two great-sounding piano VSTs. Velvet is a virtual electronic piano featuring five infamous pianos from the 60s and 70s. Creative FX Collection – A collection of AIR Music Technology’s twenty classic AIR FX plugins, now available in AU/VST formats.

 

Also included is the Mini Grand virtual instrument. Mini Grand features premium-grade piano samples with 7 selectable piano models, covering a wide range of sounds. It utilises re-padling technology to create ultra-realistic reproductions of string behaviour resulting in incredible realism.

 

Compact and portable with versatile connectivity

The compact design makes the Keystation highly portable, allowing you to take your controller with you on the move. It is also class-compliant and USB powered class-compliant meaning you don’t need to install any additional drivers. You can also connect your Keystation to your iOS-compatible devices via the Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter (sold separately).

 

The controller also includes a range of connectivity including a 1/4-inch (6.3mm) sustain pedal input for adding an external pedal for added expression. A Kensington security lock is also included as well as a 2-way power switch for turning off your instrument when not in use. This can be highly useful for live performances

Unsuitable / Non faulty Website online returns:

Any orders to be returned must be sent back with a valid RMA number (Obtained by phoning us on +442890 327357)  DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT A VALID RMA. Otherwise the return maybe be rejected upon delivery to us. 

Unsuitable items purchased online maybe returned depending on the item purchased. (Must be unopened & unused to avoid any restocking fee's) within 14 days of your delivery date. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel, and please also state the reason for the return. Any used or opened unsuitable / non faulty returned item will incur a minimum 10% restocking charge, Less delivery costs to you. Customers must pay for any carriage and insurance  costs incurred for return. Once we receive the item back it will be fully inspected . Any damage, signs of usage or missing contents will be chargeable and deducted from final refund.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

The product you return must be in a new, unopen and unused condition with all the original packaging and all instruction manuals. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was opened and used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit, debit card or Paypal  for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and less any postal costs and restocking fees.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered insured post/Courier and keep your proof of postage certificate, As we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged in transit to you, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If you receive a product in error from us that is faulty you must advise us within three days from receipt of the goods.

Faulty items purchased within 14days instore or online.

If you have  purchased a product which appears to be faulty. We will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange for repair, or refund within 14 days of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required in all cases. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection from instore. (Warranty exclusions apply see below) (For online returns only please contact us via email or telephone to request a returns number. DO NOT RETURN any item without a valid returns number. As delivery may be rejected.) 

Some items may require internal inspection and testing in our workshop before any decision can be made. To check for improper use or signs of damage caused by the customer. After testing if the item has been damaged you will be given several options. If the returned item is not found to be faulty it will be returned back to you. You will be liable for return costs. ( the above unsuitable terms apply.) Please make sure all contents are returned in the same condition as received with all packaging manuals and leads, remote  etc. 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS on all products (online and instore):

The warranty is designed to cover manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year only from date of purchase or delivery. If the item fails for any reason not due to manufacturer defect, including any of the following reasons then this warranty is not valid:

• Abuse or mishandling / Damage 
• The product is used for something for which it was not designed (misuse)
• Wear and tear beyond the design intentions of the product
• Environmental conditions
• The product has been altered, opened or modified
• The fault was caused by the use of accessories or supplementary parts that are not specifically certified to work by the product manufacturer
• An inappropriate power supply or battery has been used 
• Inadequate care and maintenance
• User error / Failure to properly follow instructions. (We are happy to help with user setup issues)
• Simply changed your mind / Not Faulty / Bought in error.     

If you received / Purchased your item more than 14 days ago:

If the item is still within its guarantee period ( Standard 1 year Warranty) we can advise of a repair agent close to you, Or return it back to ourselves. (Warranty exclusions apply see above) This does not affect your statutory rights.
