Delivery Charges
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland
Standard delivery is £6.95 for orders under £75 and free for orders over £75.
Estimated delivery time: 2–6 working days (Monday–Friday), depending on size, weight, and location.
Orders must be placed before 3:00pm for processing.

Next working day delivery is available Monday–Friday.

Valid photo ID must be presented when collecting all orders.
Delivery Issues (Lost or Damaged Items)
If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.
Online Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing Sales@electroniccentre.co.uk.
Direct-shipped items require at least 24 hours’ notice and may not be cancellable once dispatched.
Returns Policy
Online Returns (Change of Mind / Unsuitable Items)
Returns must be authorised before being sent back. A valid RMA number is required.

Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- Unused and unopened
- In perfect resaleable condition
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories included
- Proof of purchase included
We ask that issues are reported as soon as reasonably possible to help resolve them efficiently.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the condition of returned goods.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items (Unless Faulty)
- Special order / non-stock items
- Seasonal items
- Media, software, and serial key products
- Sealed blister packs once opened
- Consumables once opened or used
- Power supplies, batteries, leads, lamps, adaptors, and cut cables
- Wearable audio products (earphones, headphones, headsets, microphones) due to hygiene reasons
- Turntable cartridges and styli
- Turntables supplied with cartridges or styli
- Reception-related issues caused by location or signal conditions
- Sale items (for change of mind only)
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or incorrectly supplied.
In-Store Returns (Change of Mind)
We may offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase for unused items.
Items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Faulty Items (Online & In-Store)
Faulty items reported within 30 days of purchase or delivery may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the fault and product.
We may repair, replace, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Faults should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
For online returns, an RMA number must be obtained before return.
Inspection & Testing
Returned items may be inspected and tested to determine the cause of the fault.
If no fault is found, the item will be returned and return costs will apply.
All items must be returned complete with packaging, accessories, manuals, and all supplied components.
Warranty Terms
All products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Incorrect use or use outside intended purpose
- Wear and tear
- Environmental damage (moisture, heat, dust, power surges)
- Modifications or unauthorised repairs
- Incorrect power supply or accessories
- Lack of maintenance or care
- User error or failure to follow instructions
- Change of mind or unwanted items
Repairs After 30 Days
If a fault occurs after 30 days but within the warranty period, we may:
- Refer you to a repair centre, or
- Arrange inspection/repair
Warranty exclusions still apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Deposits, Credit Notes & Fees
- Deposits for uncollected reserved goods are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Pre-paid hire deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Workshop inspection/testing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue
