Unsuitable / Non faulty Website online returns:
Any orders to be returned must be sent back with a valid RMA number (Obtained by phoning us on +442890 327357) DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT A VALID RMA. Otherwise the return maybe be rejected upon delivery to us.
Unsuitable items purchased online maybe returned depending on the item purchased. (Must be unopened & unused to avoid any restocking fee's) within 14 days of your delivery date. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel, and please also state the reason for the return. Any used or opened unsuitable / non faulty returned item will incur a minimum 10% restocking charge, Less delivery costs to you. Customers must pay for any carriage and insurance costs incurred for return. Once we receive the item back it will be fully inspected . Any damage, signs of usage or missing contents will be chargeable and deducted from final refund.

All Media and software/serial key related items can not be exchanged or returned.
Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic), cannot be returned if the blister pack has been opened.

All Wearable items including Earphones / Headphones / Headsets / Microphones due to hygiene reasons. Can not be returned if opened and used.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The product you return must be in a new, unopen and unused condition with all the original packaging and all instruction manuals. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was opened and used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit, debit card or Paypal for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and less any postal costs and restocking fees.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered insured post/Courier and keep your proof of postage certificate, As we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged in transit to you, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If you receive a product in error from us that is faulty you must advise us within three days from receipt of the goods.

Depending on the non faulty / Changed your mind item purchased instore you want to return (see below for exclusions) . We will exchange or issue a credit note provided it is unused unopened item is returned within 7 days of purchase.

Must be returned in prefect condition in the original undamaged packaging with valid proof of purchase.

All non faulty receiving equipment due to reception issues at users location. including all radios, Tvs and transceivers (CB,PMR,2M,10M) cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Components and spare parts. Power supplies, Batteries, Leads, Lamps, Adaptors, Pre made or cut cables. Can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Also all Media/software/serial key related items cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged.

Faulty items purchased within 14days instore or online.
If you have purchased a product which appears to be faulty. We will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange for repair, or refund within 14 days of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required in all cases. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection from instore. (Warranty exclusions apply see below) (For online returns only please contact us via email or telephone to request a returns number. DO NOT RETURN any item without a valid returns number. As delivery may be rejected.)
Some items may require internal inspection and testing in our workshop before any decision can be made. To check for improper use or signs of damage caused by the customer. After testing if the item has been damaged you will be given several options. If the returned item is not found to be faulty it will be returned back to you. You will be liable for return costs. ( the above unsuitable terms apply.) Please make sure all contents are returned in the same condition as received with all packaging manuals and leads, remote etc.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS on all products (online and instore):
The warranty is designed to cover manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year only from date of purchase or delivery. If the item fails for any reason not due to manufacturer defect, including any of the following reasons then this warranty is not valid:
- Abuse or mishandling / Damage
- The product is used for something for which it was not designed (misuse)
- Wear and tear beyond the design intentions of the product
- Environmental conditions
- The product has been altered, opened or modified
- The fault was caused by the use of accessories or supplementary parts that are not specifically certified to work by the product manufacturer
- An inappropriate power supply or battery has been used
- Inadequate care and maintenance
- User error / Failure to properly follow instructions. (We are happy to help with user setup issues)
- Simply changed your mind / Not Faulty / Bought in error.
If you received / Purchased your item more than 14 days ago:
If the item is still within its guarantee period ( Standard 1 year Warranty) we can advise of a repair agent close to you, Or return it back to ourselves. (Warranty exclusions apply see above) This does not affect your statutory rights.
