What’s new with the RX3

Building on the legacy of the RX series, the RX3 features a variety of new features and upgrades, aiming to expand your tools to create game-changing live sets and performances. The brand new 10.1-inch touchscreen with a dramatically improved resolution and a smoother visual display at 30 FPS. Browse your settings and songs with speed and precision thanks to the new GUI (graphical user interface) design that provides more lines of display information.

 

Previewing your songs has never been so easy thanks to the introduction of Touch Preview. This allows you to instantly audition songs. You can even separate and listen to the sound of the music being played/monitored via the LINK CUE section of the mixer. Switch between multiple playlists using Playlist Bank, allowing you to switch between up to four playlists. Support for 3-band waveforms is also included with three separate colours indicating the volume of each frequency band. Switching to Pad Status Display, you can visually monitor your pad functions for added accuracy when performing.

 

The Beat FX and Sound Colour FX have also been improved, now offering 14 Beat FX and 12 Sound Colour FX. With the club-standard layout combined with the newly introduced Beat FX Bank and X-Pad, your can take your performances to the next level.

 

Advanced performance tools

The Beat FX Bank and X-Pad allow you to sync your four most favourite effects to the new Beat FX Bank so you can turn them on with a single touch at any time. A world’s first on an all-in-one controller, the X-Pad has been utilised within the touchscreen, allowing you to control complex effects by sweeping your finger.

 

For the more important moments in your performance, you can use the Countdown Timer. For example, should you want a guest vocalist to join you halfway through your set you can set the timer and cue up everything to make a smooth transition. If you need to leave the DJ booth, you can use Repeat mode to play a playlist or track on repeat while you’re absent. This is also useful for situations like sound checks, stopping you from having to go back and forth between the booth.

 

The audio quality has also seen a significant improvement, allowing you to play for longer without listening fatigue. The newly designed circuitry provides a natural sound whilst eliminating unwanted noise. The audio circuitry has been fine-tuned has to create a powerful low-end response and expressive mid-high frequencies.

 

Eight powerful performance pads

The Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3 features 16 multi-coloured performance pads on each deck giving you the ability to control hot cues, beat loops, slip loops and beat jump to get even more creative and achieve a unique performance. Up to eight hot cues can be set up on each deck so you can get extra creative with mashups. The RX3 also features significantly lower loading times for your hot cues, compared to the RX2.

 

Precision jogwheels with built-in display

At the heart of the XDJ-RX3 are precision jogwheels with a built-in colour display. These accurate jogwheels are perfect for mixing and scratching. The jogwheel display allows you to see song artwork as well as access to tools for more accurate scratch performances.

 

Compatible with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro

With support for both rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro, the XDJ-RX3 is one of the most versatile, all-in-one DJ controllers on the market. Play rekordbox-analysed music via USB storage devices or you can connect to a laptop/computer using Link Export or Performance Mode. The RX3 is also a ‘Hardware Unlock’ device so you can use rekordbox’s performance mode for free – no need for a subscription plan! Free plug and play compatibility for Serato DJ Pro.

Unsuitable / Non faulty Website online returns:

Any orders to be returned must be sent back with a valid RMA number (Obtained by phoning us on +442890 327357)  DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT A VALID RMA. Otherwise the return maybe be rejected upon delivery to us. 

Unsuitable items purchased online maybe returned depending on the item purchased. (Must be unopened & unused to avoid any restocking fee's) within 14 days of your delivery date. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel, and please also state the reason for the return. Any used or opened unsuitable / non faulty returned item will incur a minimum 10% restocking charge, Less delivery costs to you. Customers must pay for any carriage and insurance  costs incurred for return. Once we receive the item back it will be fully inspected . Any damage, signs of usage or missing contents will be chargeable and deducted from final refund.

All Media and software/serial key related items can not be exchanged or returned.

Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic), cannot be returned if the blister pack has been opened.

Consumable items can not be returned once opened and used:

Turntable cartridges and Styli cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All Wearable items including Earphones / Headphones / Headsets / Microphones due to hygiene reasons.  Can not be returned if opened and used.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

The product you return must be in a new, unopen and unused condition with all the original packaging and all instruction manuals. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was opened and used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit, debit card or Paypal  for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and less any postal costs and restocking fees.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered insured post/Courier and keep your proof of postage certificate, As we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged in transit to you, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If you receive a product in error from us that is faulty you must advise us within three days from receipt of the goods.

Special ordered in (non stock) items are non returnable and non refundable.

All non faulty receiving equipment due to reception issues at users location. including all radios, Tvs and transceivers (CB,PMR,2M,10M)  cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Components and spare parts. Power supplies, Batteries, Leads, Lamps, Adaptors, Pre made or cut cables. Can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

Also all Media/software/serial key related  items cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged.

Faulty items purchased within 14days instore or online.

If you have  purchased a product which appears to be faulty. We will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange for repair, or refund within 14 days of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required in all cases. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection from instore. (Warranty exclusions apply see below) (For online returns only please contact us via email or telephone to request a returns number. DO NOT RETURN any item without a valid returns number. As delivery may be rejected.) 

Some items may require internal inspection and testing in our workshop before any decision can be made. To check for improper use or signs of damage caused by the customer. After testing if the item has been damaged you will be given several options. If the returned item is not found to be faulty it will be returned back to you. You will be liable for return costs. ( the above unsuitable terms apply.) Please make sure all contents are returned in the same condition as received with all packaging manuals and leads, remote  etc. 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS on all products (online and instore):

The warranty is designed to cover manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year only from date of purchase or delivery. If the item fails for any reason not due to manufacturer defect, including any of the following reasons then this warranty is not valid:

• Abuse or mishandling / Damage 
• The product is used for something for which it was not designed (misuse)
• Wear and tear beyond the design intentions of the product
• Environmental conditions
• The product has been altered, opened or modified
• The fault was caused by the use of accessories or supplementary parts that are not specifically certified to work by the product manufacturer
• An inappropriate power supply or battery has been used 
• Inadequate care and maintenance
• User error / Failure to properly follow instructions. (We are happy to help with user setup issues)
• Simply changed your mind / Not Faulty / Bought in error.     

If you received / Purchased your item more than 14 days ago:

If the item is still within its guarantee period ( Standard 1 year Warranty) we can advise of a repair agent close to you, Or return it back to ourselves. (Warranty exclusions apply see above) This does not affect your statutory rights.
