Terms & Conditions for Hiring Equipment

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit can be paid in advance to reserve hire equipment.
To book, call 02890 327357 and select the hire option, or pay in store.
Cancellations to pre-booked hire dates must be requested at least 14 days before the collection date.
Any outstanding hire balance and security deposit balance must be paid in full on collection.
Customers must present valid photo ID with a NI/UK address at collection (e.g. UK Driving Licence).
Equipment collections are available in store between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
All hired equipment must be returned in store before 1:00 PM on the agreed return date.
Late returns may result in loss of deposit.
Missing, damaged, or incomplete equipment will incur additional charges for repair or replacement.
All hire equipment remains the property of Electronic Centre and must be returned upon request.
