The Presonus Revelator io44 is a compact and multi-functional USB audio interface in a pocket-sized design, suitable for vocal/instrument recording as well as streaming, gaming and Skype applications. To help you capture every detail of your - or any artist's - voice, the built-in XMAX-L mic preamp (when paired with a professional XLR mic) delivers crystal-clear results. You also play guitar? No problem: thanks to the combo jack, you can also connect and record an instrument with a line signal. At the same time, the front panel of the io44 offers a convenient stereo line-in for additional signals (e.g. DJ mixer) as well as a headset input to provide gamers with an option for their headsets.

Besides the additional headset input, the io44 comes with the Studio Magic software package as well as Studio One Artist. The latter software is a professional DAW that also offers many advantages for advanced users and is not just a simple demo/test version. This way, even more complex productions can be run without having to make big sacrifices.

Furthermore, users get access to various effects that are calculated onboard and can be used latency-free without affecting the processor power of the computer. or reverb, compressor or voice distortion effects - create an interesting sound for your streams in no time!

Equally handy is the integrated mixer, which allows you to mix three different signals from different sources such as eg. Playback, Skype calls or gaming sound can be added. The automatic limiter in the output prevents accidental distortion in your stream. It doesn't matter if you are a Mac or PC user.
